Sens buttons not programmable after synapse 4.** / sens feels faster than it should be.

I can’t use upper( 6 -7) buttons as multimedia anymore after downloaded new synapse version. also my sensitivity feels much faster its like i’am trying to control my mouse on ice. I need a solution immediately. thanks for help.
