    I understand that the right-click function on your mouse is not working. Before we proceed, could you please let me know what troubleshooting steps you have already tried? Specifically, have you tried cleaning the right-click button area using a can of compressed air to remove any dust or debris that may be affecting the switch? 

    To properly isolate whether this is a software-related issue, could you please confirm if the problem still occurs when Razer Synapse is not running in the background? You can disable Razer Synapse by following the instructions in this link. Please send me a PM along with the results, and I'll be happy to continue assisting you from there.
