Serial number under skin is unreadable

I need to identify a faulty (dead) Razor laptop for a repair/assessment. It has a factory skin which I have removed to read the serial number. Unfortunately I can only read 13 of the characters and some of them are not entirely clear. Can someone from support please help me in completing the serial number, so I can move forward with this.

    We have found the SN in a communication with razor previously.

    Hi PCProbs,

    Could you confirm if it boots to BIOS or if it's completely dead (no power)? Also, please ask the owner of the device to send you the Razer ID they used to register the laptop. That will give us another angle to work with. Thanks!
