I have noticed this issue a lot on these forums, and unfortunately most of these questions go unanswered. I just purchased a Razor Blade 15 and would like to purchase Razorcare Elite. However, when entering my serial number razor.com says Razer is unable to locate my serial number in its database. I have tried every variation of these numbers/letters I can think of and have had no luck. I chatted with customer service and they were unable to help, stating that someone would email me regarding the issue in the next few days. I figured calling customer support may work better but I keep getting hung up on, or the service representative loses connection (I am in New Orleans, not the woods, and I’m on wifi so I know it’s not my reception).
Can anyone help?
