Serious Issue With Huntsman V3 Pro TKL Keyboard on PC Boot

I just got my keyboard today but have been running into some use breaking problems and can’t find any reason or solution. As long as I don’t have any Razer software installed my keyboard works fine, but as soon as either Synapse or Chroma are installed, when I boot up my computer (Windows 10) the keyboard’s keys just don’t respond and I’m stuck at my lock screen until I unplug and plug back in my keyboard.

 

I tried uninstalling both and reinstalling, then installing separately, setting them to not run on launch, nothing worked, I know it’s not the USB connection because I made sure their set to not hibernate on shut down, changed ports, and the control keys like fn + tab still work and light up when pressed, so I know it has a connection. But for whatever reason, the actual keys are both unlit and don’t respond at all. It’s stressing me out because I really like this keyboard and don’t want to have to get rid of it, but it not working on boot just isn’t feasible, I’m DESPERATE for a solution to this problem

I understand you're experiencing an issue with your Huntsman V3 Pro TKL, and it appears to be a software issue since it only occurs when Synapse or Chroma are installed.
