I have bought many Razer products over a span of years. I don't continually buy the products because I love Razer so much but rather because the products themselves simply don't hold up. The cost of replacing one Razor product was far cheaper than starting a new line of products. The use on my Razer products is what someone would expect, it sets on a clean desk and gets clicked from day to day. Nothing out of the ordinary.



Here is what i am using currently:

Razer Mamba Hyperflux Wireless Gaming mouse and Mouse Pad. $250.00 dollars Got it for Christmas from my wife four months ago Mouse decided not to charge anymore. Junk. Useless to me. Had her go buy me a cheap Corsair so i could keep playing.



Razer Huntsmen elite
$199.00 Dollars also four months ago.Some of the lights quit working. For some reason when I hit the ZX key it also types X. Started that a month after I got it. No, I don't eat or drink at my desk.



Razer Kraken Tournament Edition 100.00 bucks. The ear cover is literally falling apart. 6 months old. I had to buy this one because you did not include control of it in the new software, Also had the same issue.

I have re-titled your thread "Absolute Garbage", and have moved it to our support board in order to get a response from an official support agent. All of the products you mentioned in the thread are / were in their warranty period and should be able to be replaced.

Update: Steelseries hardware is running great. not a single issue with software. Had a small issue with the pad, emailed Steelseries support had an answer within 10 minutes via email, had it sorted in 15 minutes. Had the almost a month and unlike Razer IT STILL WORKS!
