Shipping issue - Fed Ex has "Case" for order to be returned

I had an order ship and arrived at my local Fed-Ex on last Tuesday.  It required a signature, and the driver did not leave a door tag for me to request order to be picked up at Fed Ex office.  I tried to change it online with Fed-Ex but it would not work.  I went on Friday afternoon and requested for me to pick it up today.  I went to the office and now they are saying that on Friday a “case” was made by Razer for the order to be shipped back to them.  I have looked online and nowhere in my order status and on Fed-Ex does it reference this case.  I would like to know if this is true and if so, why is my order being requested back?  Thank you.
