Just got my first Razer Keyboard (Black Widow v4 pro) and installed Synapse 3. I’ve watched several “how to” videos on how shortcuts for lighting control are supposed to work (both Global Shortcuts and Keyboard tab customization using Hypershift).
I have had no success in having the shortcuts change anything no matter how I set them up. My only way to change lighting is via selection from the drop down in the Studio tab.
From what I’ve seen online, this is something that broke with the latest Synapse 3 update (I have version 3.8.428.42117)
Is there a current video on how to do this successfully?
