Should I return my Razer BlackShark V2 Pro?

I don't know if I'm being pedantic, but here's the deal... The sound is great and it's comfortable, but there are two things that are bugging me...
  • Sidetone for mic. I just cannot hear myself at all as soon as a game starts. Even the highest volume for the sidetone is nowhere near loud enough to hear. I find myself shouting and waking up my toddler.
  • At full volume, there's a buzzing sound in the right ear cup.
What would you do? What's your experience? I just think that these things should not be happening for a $300AUD headset.

Hi there! Thanks for posting the headset's concern here. Ensure that the headset is connected directly to your computer's USB port. Does the issue happen while the headset is connected via 3.5mm cable to your computer?
