    I have verified that the Razer BlackShark V2 X serial number is already link to a different Razer account. I suggest taht you reached out to the reseller and take advantage of your warranty. Please note that Razer products purchased from non-authorized dealers may be used, counterfeit, re-boxed, defective, or gray market goods.
