The manual for the Sila says that my creds are correct (admin and the router PW,) and everything's hardwired, etc.) the Western Digital 4TB MyBook is plugged into the wall and connected via the green USB 3.0 port. I can SEE the share in Windows 10, tried mounting it to R:\\, but I keep getting Windows 10's "Access Denied" thing and it keeps asking for my PW. Any advice?
