Simple Macro Not Working

Just bought this mouse for my kid and we're trying to get a simple macro going but it's failing and can't understand why. We just want the jump button to loop being pressed over and over while I hold down Mouse2 What are we doing wrong? Thanks,

I was able to get the equivalent working on my Logitech G Pro mouse but my son is using this Razer mouse and I cant seem to get this basic macro to work for him. Works for me on Logitech. We just want him to be able to hold mouse2 and the jump gets pressed repeatedly until mouse2 is released. Been looking for an hour trying different things. Not sure what's going on.
