Greetings everyone, I hope you can help me out,

I'm assembling a new PC and shopping for motherboards with Thunderbolt so I can continue to use my Core X Ultra. How will it work and interact if I also have a PCIe card on the motherboard? Should I expect conflict, collaboration or the OS ignoring the eGPU?
