Since the recent update, my Razer BlackWidow V3 Pro doesn't appear in Synapse when using the 2.4GHz wireless connection. I've already updated to the latest firmware and paired the receiver accordingly, but the issue persists. The previous update caused a 0% battery display problem, which seems to have been fixed in today's update. However, the device is still not showing up in Synapse3 when using the 2.4GHz connection. Has anyone experienced a similar situation?

I try it do delete synapse 3 and restart download. is done .
