I thought that if I gave it time, an update would fix the issue and the Siren X and Wireless Charger would be recognized after an update. Synapse did pick up my Kiyo, Huntsman Tournament Edition and Viper right away, but not my Siren X or Wireless Charger.

Oddly enough, the Siren X is picked up in WIndows 10 itself and even labeled Siren X, but Synapse itself doesn't see the microphone
