Today i recieved my Razer Barracuda X and got it all set up.
When i recieve sound you hear the headset connecting and after the sound stops the left ear continues with a realy soft "squelch like" tone/hiss. Now i've noticed it i realy get focused on it.
Is this normal for the headset or is there any fix?
I tried it on my pc with different ports and a PS5, everything gives me the same result

Hellow there.
i would suggest to try regular troubleshooting first such as hard reset and re installing driver

Check if the audio cable is plugged in properly or try using a different audio port if there's another one available. If you're using it wirelessly, try to reinstall its driver and check if the audio drivers of your PC are up to date. You can also follow the steps here for further isolation. If you're experiencing the same problem, PM me the serial number so I can check its specifications and look for other workarounds to help you resolve the issue.
