Slow response for Incident
Hi support,
Would appreciate much to expedite this support ticket, its been 3 weeks already and still counting.
Issue: Dead pixels (around 4-5pixels clustered) on upper area of display panel of a Razer Stealth Blade late 2019 model. Purchased from Shopee SG where the reseller is RAZEROFFICIALSTORE (https://shopee.sg/shop/132690007/)last April 29, 2020.
Item arrived at May 4, 2020 and quickly tested if everything is in order. Lo and behold we have a small lump of deadpixels clustered. Attached photos of the issue.
