Slow startup and wrong time

I've seen this problem posted here before but with no resolution. I'm hoping someone can help. My Razer Blade 15 (intel i7 2.6GHz, 16 GB RAM) is slow to boot up. The keyboard lights up. The logo screen comes on, then it seems to shut down, then it repeats that cycle 3-5 times and eventually comes to the windows login screen. I don't know if this is a coincidental problem, but the clock is also off. USUALLY, when I manually resync the clock it updates just fine. I'm open to suggestions and ideas to solve it. Thanks
