Snap Tap not found but keyboard alr updated

I recently got my new keyboard and i wanna use the snaptap feature but when i open the Synapse the snap tap feature is not there. The solution i saw was to download the latest firmware which is what ik did but it still did not pop up so im kinda lost rn, can some 1 help

okay i found the solution to the problem guys, the reason it is not working is because of razor synapse 3, what you are going to need to do is delete the new synapse one that is in beta and download the one from this link   ‘LINK’ after that you should update the latest firmware and it should work good.
