so 3 - 4 years ago i ordered this mouse (viper ultimate without charging dock) and since then im charging it with the cable that came in the box, yesterday after 5 hours of cs2 i got a notification that your viper ultimate is low battery ok no problem i put the cable in it and continue the gaming after i got in bed and i let the mouse charging and today in theee app said that the mouse is charging but after unplugging it and putting in the wireless mode in the app says battery = 1% and after the mouse shutdowns , what should i do ……..

so i have a viper ultimate that after 3 - 4 years stopped charging...
update: after the 24 hours the mouse started charging and its 50% … but like this thing happened at least 1 time a month…. WHYY RAZER WHYYY
