So...My order from Razer requires verifcation?

So today I woke up to check on the current status on my package, I recently purchased the Huntman Mini. It got into the US and it is currently held at Memphis, TN, however it has been delayed because they require a verification of the country manufacture, and I am not sure what actions I should be taking. I haven't been able to contact Razer Support for days, I tried getting into a live chat as soon as they are opened and all I get is a message that the employees aren't there.
