I ordered the THX Spatial Audio - Surround Sound Application. Received no code, no software download instructions??? Current order status is "We're preparing your item(s) to ship." Does this really get shipped instead of providing an activation code within 10 seconds of ordering online?

    You should receive the code along with the download link via email. It usually only takes a day or two, but send me your order number via PM so I can check what's going on.
