Software Installation
I have a 2016 Black Widow edition keyboard. Just recently, I also purchased a Balsilisk X Hyperspeed mouse. Previous Razer Synapse software (2.2) did not support adding a mouse. Attempted installation of Synapse 3 but it failed. Hence, removed 2.2 software and then attempted to re-install; it failed again.
At present I have no Synapse software installed. Reason for the attempt to install Synapse 3 was a/c the new mouse' pointer being difficult to control--i.e., moves very fast and there are no apparent adjustments to slow it down. I am not a gamer, rather just like the Balsilisk feel, touch etc.
Would like to have both the keyboard and mouse component work with a unified software. If there's a better fit than Synapse 3, would appreciate the recommendation This is the error message received on the recent Synapse 3 failure:

Attempts to find an e-mail address for direct, Razer support almost impossible; they don't make it easy.
