Bought a new keyboard Ornata V2 about a month ago and Cortex & Synapse software worked fine for about a week, but then couldn't get either to run. Tried starting from desktop icon as well as file location, also tried running as administrator with no result. Uninstalled then reinstalled and again it worked for a few days then wouldn't. Just reinstalled a third time and its not working at all. Any help would be appreciated
