Solution for hyperspeed usb dongle not being detected on startup

Hello everyone, I ve been having a lot of issues with the kraken v3 pro. Some of them have been solved through the firmware update: strange noise when haptic was in use and charging never endding. One of my issues was with the hyperspeed usb dongle not being detected by windows on statup (had to unplug replug each time for dongle to be detected). In the end after many, many tests and digging, I seem to have found that the dongle has issues when plugged into an usb 3.x. My motherboard doesn't have usb 2 (asus rog crosshair VIII dark hero) unless using Port Usb 2.0 Hub plugged into the 9 Pin of my motherboard and have the ports at the back of the tower. And guess what...it worked! Now the razer usb hyperspeed dongle is detected at startup, no need to unplug replug. If some of you guys, have the same issue, and I know several has, my experience will help you. For other issues like wrong balance and so on... I can't tell. At the moment I can only confirm that the small latency when you start a new sound source, like video, is still present. Like half a second at start is missing sound output.
