I have recently purchased the Blackshark v2 pro and I love everything about it, except that when I’m on Discord, my friends say that it sounds extremely muffled no matter adjusting any settings through Discord as well as Synapse, and everything is set correctly through Microsoft sound settings. Ive turned on and off audio enhancements, as well as adjusting the EQ. I havent been able to test it on any other computer at this point. I use the dongle to make it function with the computer. I have been searching on the internet for resolutions but I am coming up quite short. Are there any recommendations for this?

Are you experiencing this issue with the desktop Discord app? If yes, please try to record using a Windows sound recorder. Save the shareable file via any online drive account listed here and PM me your device serial number so I can verify its model and check my resources for other workarounds. Thank you!
