Some issues about Razer Blade Stealth 13' 2017

Hi everyone. I'm new here. Searching seemed not functioning so I just came to ask. Issue 1: The device will go into hibernate if I plug the power in when OS is running. I have to wait it settling down into hibernate and push the power button. It's really annoying. And I assume it's some bug in BIOS firmware. Is there an update for it? Issue 2: Ghosting touch. I haven't seen that situation much. But ghosting touch is preventing me using my device for a while. Sometimes the ghosting touch happens at one small area an repeats touching. The other times it just went everywhere with a pretty high frequency. p.s. My device has been repaired once through official after-sale service. The display panel just dropped off from A cover (what a poor quality it is!) cause they weren't adhere well producing. I can still feel a space between display panel and shell while I hold it around the front camera between fingers even now. I don't know if ghosting touch related to that. Issue 3: It's fxcking too hot! The CPU frequency and voltage control was so weak. The CPU works either too slow making everything get stuck or too fast making the device burning. Issue 4: Could you Razer please support old devices with your Synapse 3? I don't want to install 2 different versions of Synapse to support my device and mice... Is that really hard?
