Some keys don't work. | Razer Insider

Have been some time from this issue, I really don't know why but in some games o suddenly some keys dont work. I press the key but it doesn't respond then I need to press 2 or 3 times to make it works, when I am usesing the keyboard to write I misspell a lot of words by the same reason. In each game is in a different level and I don't know why, I have other keyboards and this only happen with this one (Black Widow Chroma V2), someone has some ideas about why ? or I need to buy a new one

Check if the issue happens while the Razer Synapse is disabled or closed. Also, please connect the keyboard to another USB port or computer and replicate the behavior. Should the issue persists, please send me a PM including your keyboard's serial number. I'll be locking this thread now.
