Some LEDs cannot support Green Colors on Blackwidow X Tournament Edition Chroma

Hey, I very recently (less then a week ago) purchased this keyboard off of the razer site. It was working well for the first day, but when I downloaded Razer Synapse, and I tried putting on the wave effect, some of the keys (2, W, A, S, CAPS, Shift, and Windows Key) were not supporting the color when it turned to green or any variant of it (turquoise, yellow, etc) I have already redownlaoded Razer Synapse (2 and 3), and basic troubleshooting such as plugging it back in in different USB Ports. I was wondering if you guys knew any solutions to this fix, and I was also wondering if this is not fixable, I could get a refund on this. Thanks for your help!
