Some sounds are too quiet while others are too loud on Kraken X
I just got the headset and I'm noticing I can't really hear footsteps very well in Apex Legends(it's the only game I've tried so far) anymore but the gunshots are very very loud. Any sound that my character makes(e.g. when healing or voice lines) are loud but stuff around me gets really quiet. Also I noticed that the sound discord makes when you either enter or leave a room is very very loud compared to everything else. It was not like that before I got this headset. Is there any way or setting to fix this?

You will want to play with the Game/Chat balance. Anyways, do you mind sharing screenshots of your Windows build number and of your EQ settings? For now, test the headset without any enhancements enabled, surround sound included after performing a clean installation of Synapse 3.
