Sometimes sound is to high

Currently I am using the Kraken USB headset and im getting weird bugs. sometimes whenever I play a game my headset goes way to loud, as in extremly loud. When this happends it just passed the max range of the max volume I set. then I go to sound settings and change my main sound output to whatever and change it back and then its back to normal. but after 10 minutes or maybe less, I get the same issue. Also I can't find my device in Razer synapse 3.0 but in Razer synapse 2.0 I can see it Can someone help me?

    I am using a Razer Man of war wireless headset and I get the same issue. Sometimes with discord, which requires me to relaunch it multiple times but with some games it is all the time like with Apex.

    Different games have different volume thresholds. Have you guys tried enabling Loudness Equalization via Sound Control Panel>Device Properties>Enhancements?
