Hi, I have a problem with a KiYo cam, I just bought it and connected it to my macboob pro which sees it as plug and play, but I don't like the colors and I downloaded the Synapse software for mac (the only existing version) so you can change the colors and settings that the cam has by default, but opening it a screen keeps appearing that tells me "connect and enable the device", but I don't understand where from. Can you help me? THANK YOU

    Please note that while the Razer Kiyo works as a plug and play device on macOS, it is not supported on any version of Synapse 2. Feel free to shoot me a PM if you have any other questions. :wink_:
