Hi i have a question What happens is that the code that came to me in my razer kraken X headset by mistake at the time of cleaning it was erased with everything and the codes Is there any way that you can help me I still have the paper here but you can't see the code they are for the 7.1 sound code

    Please be aware that damaged or lost activation cards are not covered by Razer's limited warranty. Have you registered the device?
