Sound issue with my 7.1 Surround sound

Hello, i’m actually stuck with my Razer 7.1 Surround sound, i want it to be on my headset, but it’s stuck on my speakers, and i can’t change it, would you please help me i would appreciate it. I have the Razer Blackshark V2 X.Thank you !

Thanks for posting your concern regarding the Razer 7.1 Surround Sound on our support board. Did you already try updating the audio drivers on your PC and running the app as an administrator? You can also do a clean installation to further isolate the problem. If that didn’t help, let me know through PM so I can help you raise your concern with the software team for advanced resolution.
