Hello, I have the headset razer kraken. When I quit certain games, the audio devices do not work. Have you experienced that problem? Do you know what to do? thanks B

    Hi there! Sorry to hear about your headset's concern. Are you referring to Razer Kraken 2019? If that's right, please connect it to a different USB port or another computer without a Razer Synapse 3.0 installed and check if the issue persists.
