Sound problem for kaira xbox

Hello everyone, I bought the razer kaira headset for xbox 3 weeks ago and I keep getting the sound cyclically tearing / saturating, it's unbearable and I tried all the settings through the application, I can not find any forum that addresses this concern. Can you help me please, it cost me dearly and I don't use it anymore!

    Please Razer can you help me, I have tried everything in settings, windows sonic off, dolby atmos off and it keeps ripping / overdriving the sound in cyclic ways. In games or video, please help me

    I get the exact same issue, you have to turn off and on your headset when it happens, its very annoying, basically makes the Game or Movie unbearable to hear. Hope they fix this soon. Also hope RAZER fixes the high audio delay-lip-sync for Twitch streaming from the XBOX series X. Its un-usable. THANKS!!

    Was this working fine before? Have you tried connecting it to a PC to check if the same issue is apparent? PM me the serial number of your headset. I can use those to verify its model and look into other solutions.
