Sound problem with my razor

Hi all sifu, I have razor rz04-0193 wireless in ear headset. Recently my earhead set have problem which is:- 1. Only left side produce normal sound, the right side produce very slow sound ( like tweeter sound without midbass sound). 2. When charging or using the set, the red / green light on for left side only. no light for right side. Can sifu help me on this. Tq all

    Hi there! Thanks for initiating this thread. Have you tried charging both earphones up to two hours until it indicated its battery is full (static green)? Also, are you using the Razer Hammerhead BT while it is charging?
