You don’t hear the stuttering sound from headphones but when you record, it captures it right? This started happening after 20240229 update and never got fix. If you can find these last working driver versions, you can use Synapse and THX again.

If you can’t find these old driver update, you have to disable all sound enhancements which renders all Synapse settings totally off, you can’t use any audio settings like Sound Normalization, THX, etc anymore; sounds will be way more quieter and you have to max volume from everywhere, even max the physical volume knob on the headphone to get a decent volume level, but won’t hear stuttering either.
I don’t know what is happening behind the doors of the company, they couldn’t fix a driver for the past 6 months.
I returned the headset under warranty and bought others (I wasn’t happy with the sound quality of RAZER either)
