Sound too loud, even when set to lowest possible audio setting of 2%

Hi Razor. I have this problem on my msi computer using a freshly bought Razer Kraken v3 and using synapse
First there was a problem with a alternating whining noise, i fixed that by turning off the Chromatic RGB, then the nosie stopped. Then the next problem was the sound being full of artifacts and snapping noises. I fixed that by turning your enhancement setting to low. Then finally and this is a problem i have not found a solution to, the audio is louder than my last headset from logitech despite having the setting at only 2%. If i use 4% the sound literally damages my ears. If i acidentally turned it to 40% it would make me deaf, no joke.

Something is wrong with it. Can you help?

 

What i have tried

  1. Setting audio via mixer
  2. Setting audio low in game (did nothing, bugs +1)
  3. Removing the default output device as razor
  4. Checking default output device (Set to speakers settiing for some reason and it can´t be changed)
  5. Checking the

I understand you're having issues with your Razer Kraken V3. No worries, I can help you with that! Were you able to adjust the settings from the enhancement tab and the slider under the EQ tab? Try connecting the headset to another USB port or computer and see if the issue remains.
