Dear community,

I need your help. I've recently bought my first ever razer product, a Razer Nari Ultimate. When I first used the Synapse I was able to switch to spacial audio (surround sound) and I was able to calibrate where I want to hear the sounds from.

In the recent update I've noticed that Synapse does not include these features anymore, so I've downloaded the Spacial Audio software but after a mere 15 days it told me that I have to buy the software for another 20$ in order to use it. When I wanted to figure out why am I not authorized to used it I only met outdated answers that only talked about Synapse before the update. I've tried to reach the support team about this issue but I couldn't get their email.

If someone could help/explain why did this happen to me, I would be grateful.
