My Razer ring light RZ19-0366 stopped working after just 10 times switch on. The receipt is gone so I can not reclaim it. It seems to be the circuit voard on the on/off switch that is broken (circuit board no PM-HRS202011 v1.2). Is there any chance to buy a new or contact the factory?

I'm sorry to hear about the issue with your Razer Ring Light. Have you checked if the power source is working properly? Were there any incidents that occurred before the problem?
