I just bought a new headset and after I registered it, I was emailed an activation code for the spatial sound but it doesn’t work. I don’t know if it was because I got the code and didn’t install the software until a few hours later or what, but it doesn’t say “Expired” it just says it’s invalid. I copy/pasted the code from the email to activation part and I also tried typing it in, and no dice. I tried several times to use the automated service but have never gotten another email with another code.

Hello there,
I think that you entered the activation code on the wrong software. You need the 7.1 Surround Sound software for this one. Please follow the steps below:
-Download the 7.1 Surround Sound software.
-Run the 7.1 Surround Sound installer.
-Click “INSTALL”.
-Launch the 7.1 Surround Sound app when the installation is completed.
-Log in with your Razer ID.
-Enter the activation code that came with your purchase.
-Click “ACTIVATE”.
