Speaker buzz/Power supply issue?

Before I request a refund and forgo Razer entirely, has anyone dealt with speaker buzzing/rattling and managed to fix it? What I've noticed is that while my laptop is plugged in, I occasionally have a slight buzz while gaming and there will occasionally be a quick, short buzz. However, as soon as I unplug it there's an incredibly off putting and costant buzz/rattle while gaming. I have tried all the basics: Update drivers, reinstall drivers, factory reset, update version of windows, etc. and nothing has worked. Because it is worst while it's not plugged in, I suspect it's the power supply (and something I researched before suggested that). I have gotten a completely new replacement laptop and have the exact same issue, as well. The original purchase was June 14th, so both laptops are very new. That being said, does anyone have any thoughts on why this might be and what could be done to fix it?

To clarify right off the bat, the buzzing happened as soon as I downloaded steam and started a game to test the speaker. The buzzing is just as loud regardless of the volume level of the computer (I took at video at 2% power just to get clear evidence). Again, this is the exact same issue between two separate laptops as this one right now is a replacement, so that rules out a fair few options.

aaaaaand it's a Razer Blade Pro 17 with the 2080 Super Max Q. I wonder if the processor and graphics card are just too much for the off-brand power supply they include to save money.

After a month of dealing with this, I THINK I found a workaround (I will not call it a solution). In the power options, I changed the PCI Express Link State Power Management to "Off" for both plugged in and on battery. Doing this appears to have stopped the buzzing. I do not know why, but it is almost certainly still a hardware issue.

I have the exact same issue with this model, even I got an exchange from razer store, the speakers still make the same noise, I tried to use Bluetooth headphones when unplugged, however, this brought out a new issue, the Bluetooth signal is completely trash when unplugged, it stutters like hell. This is unacceptable, I expect everything to be fine with a $3500 machine

I agree. Did you try turning the PCI Express Link State Power Management off in the power options? That worked for the speakers, but I'm not sure about bluetooth. It feels good knowing I'm not the only one, but this is unacceptable. I asked for a refund but since I got this to work I've acquiesced. I did let them know what it was, though, because I suspect this is a hardware issue for many/all computers of this model.

yes, it does work, but i noticed battery drain when turning off PCI express, which isn't ideal. To be honest, this is a really nice machine, but I didn't expect to have all these minor issues for this price point.
