speakers (7.1 surround sound) does not show up

So after 1 day of not being able to log into surround now I do not have any 7.1 surround option as playback device. Any idea how I may solve this?

    What is the model of your Razer headset? Did you make any changes to your system before this started? Please try to check for system updates, then reinstall the 7.1 Surround sound software. Also, try to reinstall your headset's drivers. If the problem persists, send me the serial number and a screenshot of your Sound Control Panel. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
