i have a new Razer Blade Advanced 15, and the internal speakers are not working, the speakers of the external monitor works perfect.

Were there any changes applied to your system before the issue, or is this happening right out of the box? Have you tried reinstalling the audio drivers? If that doesn't help, send me the serial number of your Razer Blade 15. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
