Speakers on Razer blade stealth malfunctioning

Hi all, so my 2019 Razer Blade stealth just arrived, i set it up and it worked fine, but today the speakers are not working at all, except for a certain high pitched whine coming from the left speaker grille. please guys, help me out, this thing cost a lot of money and i really enjoyed it up until now. I don`t want to return it. can anyone help?
