Spent 2 months trying to get laptop fixed only to find out it wasn't covered, shame on razer
My laptop screen got broken going through airport security about 2 months ago so I opened a case. throughout the entire month and a half or emailing razer back and forth no-one had anything helpful to say and i just kept getting directed to different places. about a month in i was told to call support and i did so. I was told I would be sent a box to put my laptop in to get it fixed within 5 days. almost 3 weeks later no box came so I call again and was told that the 200$ warranty doesn't cover my laptop because it wasn't in my possession when It was broken. after something like that i just wanted to say I will never buy one of your products again and Ill advise others to do the same. I'm do frustrated and disappointed. Shame on you razer
