Squeaking Backspace Button on Cynosa Chroma Pro

Hello, I have been having a very persistent squeak on the backspace key on the Cynosa Chroma Pro. I don't want to pop any keys off but it's loud and really obnoxious, any fixes for this? I'd prefer to not have to get a trade-in as it took a really long time for this keyboard to come in the mail. Thanks in advance.

Hey @elynnism, carefully pull out the key and give the keyboard a quick shakedown. It could just be some stuck dirt. Do let me know if the problem persists.

Hi! I pulled the key up with a mechanical key remover and then I dabbed the plastic with silicone lubricating grease - that seemed to do the trick. I popped it back in and now it's not squeaking at all.
