Static Sound on Razer Kraken Ultimate Headphones

Hello good, I am looking for a solution to this problem that I have from the first day I buy and use these headphones, the sound is somewhat annoying, it is more noticeable when the sound I reproduce is low, please help :(

    In the lower-right of the windows taskbar, try clicking the "speaker" icon and see if you can select the "stereo version" This helped me with some headphones I got.
