Static while using programs such as discord or teamspeak

I get a staticy noise and any other sounds are on and off, this is only when i enter a channel on discord or teamspeak, and such programs. I had this problem but cannot remember what i did to fix this, any fix before i give up and get a new headset or just PC?

    What Razer headset do you happen to have and is Synapse running in the background when static is present?
